Apple is offering all of its employees in the United States up to four hours of paid leave to vote in the election on Tuesday, November 3.

“for retail team members and hourly workers throughout the company, if you are assigned to work on this election day and if you need to vote, we will provide up to four hours of paid vacation,” Deirdre O’Brien, senior vice president of Apple retail and personnel, told the staff. “If they choose, our team can also use this time to volunteer for election workers at one of your local polling stations.”

other technology companies, such as twitter, Uber and LYFT, are offering voting time for their employees, as are many other big companies, with a full list available on time to vote.
