As the U.S. presidential election approaches in November 2020, Uber has teamed up with turbovote to launch an in app feature designed to help passengers, diners, drivers and distributors register to vote. In August, Uber CEO Dara khosrowshahi said the company would help all drivers register to vote. < / P > < p > Uber will set up banners in the app and send e-mails to users with information on how to vote. They will then be directed to turbovote and register to vote in their state. < / P > < p > as usual, Uber will also take the initiative to help voters find their polling places and offer discount bus service to and from the polling stations.
